California gurls we're unforgettable

(Zara t-shirt, Abercrombie skirt, New look sandals, H&M belt, Mim & Etam rings, Les gens du sud bracelets, Vintage Ray Ban aviator, Noir Kennedy bandana)

Good afternoon care bears!

Finally, coming back with the outfit of the day section.
This outfit sums up pretty much my life right now. My number ones occupations are tanning, sleeping, jaccuzying (uhhh), partying and eating.
Still look kind of hippie but thats no surprise when it comes to me.

This look is comfy, sexy, beachy, great for my summer! Its eather this or the "daisy dukes, bikinis on top" like my girl Katy Perry said.
Yeah, I like to compare California to Normandy, my city LH to Santa Barbara or Malibu. I can tell you my friends are gonna laugh their ass off when they'll read this (if they even read it).

Well guys, this is GTL time : Gym, Tanning, Laundry for those who doesn't know Jersey Shore (even if I think everyone does). Just kidding, tanning is the only stuff on my program for today, so get your hawaïan tropic oil loaded and GO!

Wake up and save the gulf

I have been a really bad blogger lately, I know.
But I keep enjoying my holidays after a hard year at college so you can give me credit for that.

Today, I wanted to talk to you about Piece which is a local brand from Buffalo, NY. My friend Alexis helped creating it and its really cool.
Their last collection called "wake up and save the gulf" is really awesome and its for a good cause.
As you must know, oil has spread all over the mexican gulf and its causing mucho trouble for the economy and for the people who were living thanks to the trade related to the gulf. Animals are dying over there too.

This collection had been created to help save the gulf (yes I know, its obvious thanks to the title) so if you ever are american or living in the States, please go check www.pieceapparel.com and purchase one of those great tees or tote bags. You can even buy a nice tee for your boyfriend as there is a men collection.

I'll try to post more now that Im having a "partying OD", dont worry, but for now, have a good night yall.

Most precious girl

Hello buddies!

Sorry I've been missing in action lately but to be honest, I've been partying pretty much for 5 days now to celebrate the end of college.
So I get up at 3pm and Im still tired. I didn't really have any inspiration anyway and I couldn't do pictures of my outfits as I looked zombiish.

Well, I found the inspiration.
Actually, I was positive I've already made this article and was really surprised when I found out that it was nowhere to be found, aka never written.

I wanted to write about my favourite model of all time, that is to say Daria Werbowy.
This little cutie born in Poland and raised in Canada is the most precious girl on earth to me.
She looks so naive, girly, innocent.
She has the best features on her face, not to mention her amazing and never ending legs.
She has amazing green eyes but what I really love is her hair. I love everything about her hair: the colour, the lenght, the haircut... EVERYTHING.

Well, if someone asks me one day who I would have love to be, I'd say Daria, and not only for her beauty, she also had a brain, which is not always given with the beauty.
She is imposing, and very engaged in charity projects. You go girl!

Now, try to look at her pictures and not be jealous

I'm singing in the rain

(Hunter Wellington)

Hello bloggers!

Im finally done with finals, so with college... I feel alive again.
So to celebrate the end of my sophomore year, I decided to give myself some love with a pair of navy Hunter rainboots.
I've been wanting those boots for a while.
I actually camp a lot during summer so those precious ones are gonna be very helpful... Okay, I don't really camp, I just have parties at my countryside friend's house ahah.

Plus those boots are screaming "music festival". I'm thinking of going to see one this summer, I'll have to check up on that one.

Well, I'll see you soon buddies

PS: The first picture is from my friend Alexis who went to Bonnarroo in the USA, Im so jealous

Coup de coeur

Hello cupcakes!

This post will be short because I'm still not done with finals (and this way, I can testify that Im still alive).
I just wanted to talk about Rumy for her RVCA designs because they're great. I hope they'll soon be available in France!

I really love the "Machinery dress" which is very Milla Jovovich in the fifth element as you can see. Pictures are great and Rumy does extremely well with the Leeloo poses in the tanning booth!

Not to mention, Im dying for those Miu Miu satin shoes.

So now, you guys all congratulate Rumy on her blog www.fashiontoast.com and shop her pieces on www.shop.rvca.com

I can't wait for summer

(New look top and shoes, Mango shorts, Balenciaga bag, Gas watch)

Im writing a quick post because Im being very college right now, that means Im studying last minute for my finals. Come on, we all do this.

This outfit is from last summer when I went to Benidorm in Spain with my girls. This was like the best trip of my life, very therapeutic considering I was just going through a really hard break-up. My girls had been the best remedy, and being in Spain just helped the auto-good-mood coming back. Im pretty positive Benidorm was to me what Mexico was to Carrie Bradshaw ... except for the wedding-grieving part.

I had to wear clothes which were made for a very hot weather because even at night, the temperature was unbearable, not to mention when you keep dancing your butt off.
So these jeans shorts were like my bestfriends over there, days and nights. To be honest, my Daisy Dukes are my bestfriends the whole year (I wear them with black tights during winter).

This top looks very Pocahontas with the little mohawks designs (or whatever you call these). And yes, Pocahontas is my favourite disney movie. I also like the fact that you can wear it the shoulderless way or the normal way.

Last but not least, let's talk about the SHOES. Im a shoe lover and I think those are my favourite. They look very similar to the Dior ones that SJP wears in SATC 1. They are so comfortable and its such an important detail for me because when you go out from 10pm til 6am, believe me, you need to feel like you're walking on coton. Plus, the camel colour goes with everything.

Anyway, Im going back to being an all nighter and I'll be posting as soon as I can, if I dont die of a studying OD.

you shot me down, bang bang

Should I go for a fringe or not ?

Live high, live mighty, live righteously

(Pierre Hardy for Gap, Ebay, Topshop, Andre)

Wedges are my current obsession.

At first, I didn't really like them but I think I learned how to appreciate new and unusual shoes by the times.
I definitely want one of these pairs but which ones ? A little help would be very welcome right now.
For now, it feels like my heart is beating for the Pierre Hardy for Gap ones, but Im scared that when I'll go to Paris in about 2 weeks, they'll be sold out!

Anyway, Im starting finals tomorrow. The stress is unbearable, I can't wait to be done and enjoy the pool and the sun as my fulltime summer job, eheh.

Sex and the City 2

I went to see Sex and the City 2 yesterday and I have to say that gosh! I missed Carrie, Samantha, Charlotte and Miranda!
It was beauty on the screen for 2 hours and a half.
I couldn't get enough of it, I didnt get enought of it!

Of course the clothes were amazing but my point is this movie is even better than the first one, it looks and sounds more like the TV show, maybe because the Samantha we all love is back and its actually really funny!

I do have my own SATC girls.
I have a Samantha who's all about sex and men.
I have a Charlotte who loves kids, fairy tales and love.
I have a Miranda who works her ass off but is kind of funny when it comes to sex and boys.
I have 2 others beautiful diamonds that are a mix of Charlotte and Samantha meaning they're crazy but they're also very passionate when in love.
And I would love to consider myself as a Carrie but I don't know (Im scared people will think I have a big esteem of myself). I think she has so much in common with me like fashion, the love for NYC, independance, unconventionnality and a huge admiration for our girlfriends.

This movie got me into thinking about future. This summer, for the first time, we'll be apart and it's not going to get better after it as we're pretty much gonna leave for different places. When I watch SATC, I just think of my girls, my soulmates, and Im hoping really really hard that in 10, 20, 30 years and more, we'll still be together, we'll still remain the same and still have girls/cocktails/talks about men/nights out.

To my favourite ladies who help making the world shine.

The perfect breakfast in NYC

(Tiffany Diamond ring, Givenchy dress, Louboutin pumps)

This collage is a wink to my favourite city in the world NYC and the gorgeous Audrey Hepburn.
Breakfast at Tiffany's is so chic and romantic.
Every single girl has dreamed at least once to be Holly Golightly...

Garden Party at the White House

(Isabel Marant jumpsuit, Vintage sunglasses, Casadei pumps, Vintage Chanel bracelet, Jigsaw straw hat)

This is my first try on collages

It's a girls' night out

(The Kooples skirt and belt, Printemps t shirt, Zara pumps, H&M bracelets, Asos hairband, ring and bag)

Here's the look of the day. Or maybe more of the night.

There, I finally have my The Kooples skirt that I've been craving for the last 3 months.
The Tshirt if from the new collection of Printemps. They're doing tshirts and dresses in the style of american vintage. I actually thought it was american vintage when I saw them. The textiles are very soft, light and comfy.
The hairband is really fun to wear, it adds a "romantic touch" to an outfit but most of all, this one doesn't move from your head and doesn't give you the bedhead look everytime you move your neck.

Have a great day y'all!
